Managed by us the Atrium Apartment on Majowa 3A street is located in a prestigious location and
is by far the most peaceful region of Szczecin which allows you to relax in the comfort of the Glebokie Forest Park. The main advantage is the location of a nearby Glebokie Lake and a large area of green areas. The property is located on the ground floor of a detached house (two apartments).
The building is located about 150 meters from the shore of the lake (about 1 minute on foot). The nearest public transport is in a distance of 500 meters (about 6 minutes on foot).
The apartment is about 100 square meters, decorated to high standard in a modern style with free Wi-Fi.
It consists of: the living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, the bathroom with shower and a bathtub, a toilet and a dressing room. Also the apartment has 15 meters terrace, garage for two cars and
a laundry room. Guests can relax in an elegant living room which has a seating area with LCD TV with satellite channels and DVD/Blu-ray. A well-equipped kitchen with a dining area comes with everything that guests might need to make a meal and enjoy their food: a hob and a oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and kitchenware. Guests can also use a washing machine and ironing facilities. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and toiletries.
